Konica Minolta Error C- 202

When the screen on C385 shows the error on screen and will not progress, check the following;

1. Take tray 1 out and remove the paper stuck behind it.(you have a little light green knob on the left hand side of tray 1, when you slide across to the left unlocks the tray mechanism and you can physically remove the tray and clear the stuck paper)
2. Switch the machine off from the wall for 20 seconds
3. Turn it back on
4. Wait a couple of moments for the machine to reload and close tray 1.
5. Open and close the front panel (the panel above tray 1 where the waste toner box is located)
